Live Voice Certification™
Certification advances through Role-Play Cases, AI Voice Practice, and a final recorded voice simulation scored against a fixed rubric. The final stage establishes that a participant can perform the method under live pressure, not simply describe it. Access to that stage is granted individually by the Principal.
Sequence
Three stages to certification.
The gate is deliberately narrow. A certification that most people pass on the first attempt is not measuring anything.

Role-Play Cases
Multiple-choice cases develop judgment through client situations, decisions, consequences, coaching, and a scored debrief. These cases are available according to the member’s role.

AI Voice Practice
Live conversations with AI-driven simulated people develop execution when the conversation does not follow a fixed path. Practice cases are available according to the member’s role as each governed case is released.

Live Voice Certification™
The final stage is a governed live voice scenario completed without a script, recorded, and evaluated against the certification rubric. Access is granted individually by the Principal. The graded run will open when the scoring system and release requirements are complete.
Rubric
Six dimensions. Two of them are pass or fail.
The two binary dimensions are the ones that protect the client. An advisor who designs before establishing the facts, or who uses language that misrepresents a product, does not pass regardless of how the other four score.
Scored dimensions
For leaders
Leadership is conferred, not earned in a queue.
An advisor and a leader are two different people. An advisor is a practitioner. A leader is someone invited to score other advisors against this standard. Most leaders will be certified advisors, because scoring judgment usually grows out of doing the work, but that is a pattern and not a requirement. The Principal may confer the designation on someone who has not completed advisor certification, and does so at sole discretion.
There is no application. Invitation is the only route in.
Qualification is two instruments and not one. Scoring qualification is the first. A candidate qualifies to score by scoring a recorded reference run from the Calibration Library and having that score compared against the master score for the same run. It passes at 80 percent stage agreement, with a matching verdict and no net inflation. All three have to hold together. Agreeing on most of the stages and still reaching the wrong verdict is a failure, because the verdict is the only output that changes anyone's life. Scoring generously in one place and strictly in another can hit the agreement rate while the total still runs high, and a scorer who inflates on net is not calibrated whatever the rate says.
There is no attempt limit and one week between attempts. An unsuccessful candidate may appeal within fourteen days. The single remedy is a rescore against a different reference run, and the Principal's decision is final.
The designation does not expire and is not renewed. It ends only by revocation, for scoring outside the instrument, for persistent inflation, or for misrepresenting the standard. Teams are not certified. Certification attaches to a named individual, and the roll-up view exists so a leader can see individual standing across a group, not to confer anything on the group itself.
A note on language
Certification to The Datum Standard is proprietary. It is not a governmental accreditation, a state-approved continuing-education credit, or a securities or insurance licensing credential, and it does not substitute for any of them.
It certifies one thing: that the advisor demonstrated the method to a defined standard, on a recorded run, scored against a published rubric.
